The Team at Hendershot Doors was very professional and quick to fix our garage doors. I submitted a ticket on their website late on Monday night and they were at my house by Wednesday afternoon. My door would go up about 6" and then get stuck and come back down. When they arrived, I pushed the button, and the door went up like nothing even happened. Even so, they inspected the system and were transparent with their findings and recommendations. They explained the mechanics of the doors and things to watch for. I highly recommend Hendershot Door Systems.

Had an old wooden (and heavy) panel door that was larger than a normal size door. Had them replace it as well as install an opener. They did an amazing job which included closing up the larger opening to fit a smaller door, suggested X framing to support the garage better with adding an opener (found out when doing the framing, garage was leaning to the side which made the frame work challenging). Little paint after & you will never know there was a smaller door.

It took a little while due to my schedule but they showed up bright and early on my scheduled day. The work was done quickly and neatly by a masked employee who required no assistance or supervision. What a bunch of great people! I had an issue with my garage door and called in to see if they had a replacement part and decided to just come in. When I did, I showed the person some pictures and they new exactly what I could use to replace my old poorly designed bracket.
The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and he didn't try to up sell me. He didn't just sell me the part but also showed me exactly how to install it. The part only cost me $20 and I was able to repair my garage door.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage door repairs or replacement.

Great Customer Service, Great Email Response Time, and the guys are really knowledgeable at their job when they come out. My grandfather James Lorish (Lorish Gutters and Siding) used hendershot everytime he moved and my parents as well Tina Lorish. They even grew up knowing the family. And now my wife and I are utilizing them for our home that we bought through Rondel Homes. Overall we've had a great experience with them with getting our garage door replaced and then adding liftmaster opener as well for both doors. Had a big heavy wooden garage door and because of the age of the door, it was over sized. They did an amazing job of framing out the opening to make it smaller and fit the new door. Arrived when scheduled and also installed an opener. Also recommended because of the condition of the garage to add 2x4's crisscross on the inside of the garage to prevent it from shifting foward more because the opener would add stress to the garage.

I had garage doors put in a few years back for over $1000 thinking the expense was worth it since everyone around here seems to favor the company & I like to give local business my $ when I can. The doors were pretty but this past winter I noticed the expensive decorative glass windows were oozing a tan goo which looks awful on my pretty white doors, and not just a spot or 2 but all the way around both glass inserts. I called & sent over all the photos to someone in March 2013 who was going to look into it & get back to be but didn't, I got busy with life & just sort of
