Emerald Bay Towing

Called them twice for towing an illegally parked vehicle in our driveway...the person from Emerald Tow simply didnt want to take the call, I redialed the number thinking maybe the wrong company and he then screamed "why you keep calling here", hanging up. Police explicitly told me twice that this company handles private driveway calls. I guess its ok, if someone doesnt do what their ad says theyll do, it is their prerogative. However, offensive and abusive behaviour tells me to never call this place again.

New years eve night, this company was the only one that didn't refuse to come out. I tried three other companies just going down the list. All three answered and said they wouldn't help before I even said what was wrong.
The driver, Butch, who came out said he wouldn't tow my car that night. He said his truck would only cause more damage after looking over my car. The motor mount was broken and my oil pan was about 1 inch above the ground. He informed me how the way his truck was designed it would cause more damage to my car than the tow would cost. I needed a flatbed which wasn't available that

If your a AAA member and need assistance outside of South Lake City limits your in serious trouble. This is especially true if your elderly or have a medical condition. After waiting 5 hours in a snow bank on US 50, I was advised by the CHP that this so called AAA contractor chose not to provide service and that their dispatcher never assigned the call that was placed to them by the CHP 4 hours prior. Given the fact that AAA compensates their contractors on service call volume, providing assistance to members beyond a certain range is not as profitable. As such, Welcomes/EBT decided not to respond

Easy service great people ALWAYS friendly. Gives you the best advice and doesn't steer you wrong. On the expensive side but well worth every penny

My fuel pump went out on Spooner pass called they came right away...Then came and re-towed my truck to the auto shop...I can not express enough how polite and courteous the driver was..THANK YOU!

If you break down in emerald Bay at night you will be screwed these people are to scared to drive in the dark and will leave you stranded. I ended up having to hitch hike home because the roads were to dangerous on a clear nice night or so the say

Amazing. Service was extremely friendly, CJ was fast and extremely understanding and we were in a huge financial rut. Sometimes I feel I'm getting jipped from towing companies but they were very thorough, honest and only cared to help us out.
