I spoke with Victor and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about not just the bail process, but with any and all questions that I had. He and his business partner Katrina care more about the person who you are trying to bail out, rather than what kind of collateral you can bring to the table! Although I wasn't able to use their services due to the person whom I was attempting to bail out refused to comply with the conditions, I would HIGHLY recommend Victor and Katrina to anyone who would need a great bail bondsman!

I have never in my life wrote a review good or bad for any business. Normally nothing bothers me enough to care to. With that being said I am not exaggerating when I tell you this is the rudest bail bondsman I have ever dealt with. He is no help. I called asking simple questions about my wife’s bond amount and his response was “figure it out “. Actually his attitude towards me bothered me so much, when I finish this review I am going to be calling the better business bureau. I should be looking into my wife’s bond not dealing with this!!!

I will under no circumstance try to get a bail bond here! I called being a first timer and trying ask some questions about how the process is and the person on the phone didn’t even try to help at all! He raised his voice at me and just said If you don’t have the money don’t waste my time! when I was trying to give them my money but nope never will I do so after this interaction. I do not recommend going to this place you’re better off going anywhere else

I am so glad I called this number before deciding to go with the first bondsman that I contacted. It happened for a reason that the first place didn't answer my calls. Victor Manuel did such a thorough job with helping me and my mother in law bond my boyfriend out. He sincerely cared and wanted to help and answer any questions the best that he could. He even made the effort to drive from his Phoenix location to meet us in Tucson. I highly recommend going through Dignity Bail Bonds and asking for Victor Manuel! We can't thank you enough!!

This is without a doubt thee WORST customer service I've EVER experienced from any business, possibly ever! The other reviews on Dignity Bail Bonds are without a doubt, inside reviews, given how I was treated & the experience i had in such a short amount of time. I simply called and gave the typical (and quite possibly only) inquiry that you would expect for this type of business. First, I was answered with a "yeah?" In a bothersome tone as if I was a telemarketer calling during dinner time. I replied with "hi, is this a bail bonds company?" His answer was "yeah

Very unprofessional, made my family go through hell. Overcharged on "fees" and "paperwork". Bullied and talked down to my sister. Please don't go to this guy if you need help because he will only make things worse. He even trespassed our home and tried to arrest my sister when she was doing nothing wrong.. the man has no dignity nor respect.

I dont know how to adequately thank Victor from. Dignity Bonds. I was recently arrested for a serious charge/accusation and I needed to be bailed out. My wife called many places. They we're rude, dry and Frankly appeared to sharks who didnt care. While I understand they aren't paid to care, you'd think they could be at least courteous and respectful. Well not so., but when Dignity Bonds called my wife back, it was obvious who was needed. Victor helped my wife tremendously, guided her through the process and spoke to her with respect. Terrible bonds company. Their credit card company over charged what they where supposed to charge. They are not professional. The guy who runs the company is not a people person and will talk down to you and threaten your bond. Believe me not a company to use if you want this to be an easy process. The only people who get treated well are the ones putting up the money in the beginning.

I haven't written a review in a while, but this is one that needs to be done. My wife was arrested on one of those BS not turning left into the nearest corresponding lane deals. She had only had a couple drinks and passed all the stupid human tricks on the side of the road. Non the less the officer insisted she blow. This had already gone too far, she refused. Immediately they arrested her and forced the bloodwork, which came back at half the legal limit btw.
