I've been going to this place for my laser skin care and was ok with their service and friendliness so I decided to try Botox on my jaws for tmj and for slimmer jawline. A week later, I started feeling pain in my jaws, neck and shoulders. I know for sure it's related to Botox but when I went back, they're denying that it's from Botox and just brushed me off. Couple weeks later, I continue to feel the pain even more and went back to their office, the doctor started yelling at me saying it's not from Botox and made me feel very uncomfortable. I am writing this review to share my worst experience I have had at this place.
I had a nose thread lift procedure done here on 9/29. Prior to procedure, I was asked to pay up front which sounded very sketchy. The front desk ladies were not knowledgeable on the procedure so I had a hard time understanding which procedure I will be getting which I am ok with because they are not the one doing the procedure. The procedure did not go as I expected and the shape of the nose was a complete opposite of what I had wanted. When I complained, they said it would be fine once the swelling goes away.

I’m 32 years old. Most new friends believe I’m still under 20. Always try to keep my skin looks young. I did Botox and other skin care programs before I came to the US. I was looking for permanently hair laser center for my upper lip hairs and armpit hairs. JP Aesthetics Center is a a perfect place because I had a wonderful experience with the JP Aesthetics for a half year! The center is really clean and neat they even prepare everything you needs especially restroom is really cozy and private. The doctor is really friendly too also super professional! I came here for a free consulting, Olivia was the manger/ consultant she was very sweet , friendly & nice. I consulted to her and also the doctor of my needs and they would never demand me any non-needed procedures. They are not money hungry like others and are very honest to customers. Olivia answers my questions very throughly and is always so kind. She also give me some trials before spending big amounts of money to see if it would h worth it. I have been going to this place for four years now. They have changed their name and have gone through several managers and the current manager, Olivia, is by far the worst. I cannot be unhappier. I referred my cousin here and Olivia told us that the doctor will be the one to do the procedure but the nurse ended up doing it. I hate being lied to. When I confronted her about this she was so condescending. When I told her about her demeanor she didn't even consider it being a misunderstanding. She blatantly said (I kid you not) you have issues for taking it that way. I have a couple sessions

My mom and I just got botox here today. We called about 10 min before and were able to get an appt right away. The consultant was really friendly, the doctor was funny, detailed and very knowledgeable. A male assistant helped the doctor with the whole procedure, he was kind and professional and gave me tips on the aftercare. The whole experience was delightful. My mom and I can't wait to see the results since it takes a couple weeks for it to show. Based on today's experience, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and families!!!!

I heard this place through online and decided to go here. Both of the sides of my cheek broke out all the sudden and went here for consultation. The staff members kindly directed and recommended the most suitable operation for my skin. The atmosphere of this clinic is very nice. It is clean and neatly organized. Most of all, the consultant and the nurses actually try to help me with my skin problems. I recommend here for anyone with light to extreme skin disease/problems

At the first time i visited JP, i worried about result i would get and the price because it costs not cheap and is unable to trust due to not experienced. However, the counselor explained really nicely and she recommanded me to get Kybella because i want to lose my fat under my jaw. Kybella is just for the fat under the jaw and i decided to get that. Right after i got surgical preocedure, i got swollen face but it got better in a week. Now i never regret that i got Kybella even it is not cheap.
