Reel Loco has been servicing and repairing our family boat for over a decade. My husband and I have interacted with the staff of this shop on two different occasions, both times they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both times they went above and beyond to help us find parts they didn’t currently have in stock. Dan was very giving of his time and talked through some of the repairs we were planning to do on our own. Living in South Florida you sort of expect to get bare minimum help out of people especially if a place doesn’t have what you need, these guys are a breath of fresh air because they don’t just brush you off but like I said they go above and beyond

Dan always made time for consultations, recommendations, or servicing, depending on the need. The service @ Reel Loco has been nothing less than top notch; it was a feeling of comfort to know we could depend on Dan's knowledge and expertise. Good communication skills and of course pricing, are always important factors to consider, and with Reel Loco you get the total package. Dan even took time from his busy day

I've never dealt with a more knowledgeable and friendly dealership! They always go out of their way to get the answers you need. I was also happy to see they sell Evinrude XD100 synthetic oil in bulk, which makes it one of the cheapest places to buy. They will do repair work on just about any brand of engine but specialize in Evinrude and Mercury. They also build boats there, so they definitely know boats inside and out. Whether you're looking for a boat or engine repair, try them one time -- you'll be back!

Reel Loco Marine made my experience purchasing a new outboard a pleasurable one. From concept and introduction, to finality and follow through... Dan and his team really go the extra mile. I really had reservations about getting a new motor and having it installed, I thought it would be like a bad dentist visit. But the reality is that Reel Loco Marine set me at ease. With an unbeatable price, willingness to negotiate, dedication, knowledge, timeliness of job completion and great customer accommodation, I would definitely refer everyone I know to head their way. In todays world, honesty & good service is rare. Capt. Dan, the owner of Reel Loco is one of those rare people who will go above and beyond duty to help you. My little 30HP Etec Evinrude gave fuel pump problems and he replaced parts quickly. But it is his attitude that gets under your skin: Always nice and helpful and never makes you feel unwelcome. I recommend Reel Loco Marine 100%. And you can phone me.
