Wow!! There aren't words to express how impressed I was when I picked up my truck. The truck was hand washed and waxed, but the interior was absolutely spotlessly clean. No more dog hair!! NONE!! That's impressive!!
Jason, (owner) spent time explaining what would be done and the cost. The truck (5 years old) looked brand new!! (He said it would) I shouldn't have been too surprised because even the shop was REALLY clean.

When I first pickup my car I was satisfied, especially what a great job they did on the engine compartment.
But after I got home I notice several spots that were missed. Had to go back and point out the spots that were missed.
Later I found more spots. I should of gone back again. But it would of taken more of my time. After spending $430 I think a better job would have been nice.

I moved here from TN, and drove my SUV 2500 miles cross country with a big dog and a cat. The inside and outside were awful, and there was dog hair allll over the carpet. Ballistic did a fantastic job detailing the SUV, and now it looks and smells like new. Also, when I dropped it off today, they were working on a large boat, and it looked awesome, too. I highly recommend Ballistic!

I had to point out some things to them after the cleaning. Then when my seats finished drying, I noticed the stains still on my fabric seats. I paid for the steam clean. If I'm paying $300.00, I expect better.
Might have been because they were busy that day. When I dropped off my car there were a few cars already in the shop and the back. Still, if you're busy, don't take on more than you can do.
I don't recommend them for car detailing based on the underwhelming service I received.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job on both my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and my wifes 2011 Honda CRV. Immaculate engine bay cleaining and the exterior and interior cleaning was absolutely the best!!! They even came out to our property in Cool, CA which we really appreciated. Highly recommend. Super professional and we will definitely use them again!!!

I took my wife`s 17 Highlander for a full interior/exterior detail and was amazed at the results! Everything was beyond expectations and car looked brand new again.
So, based on those results took my well worn 13 Tundra that had a few areas where I used rubbing compound to remove scratches but left dull areas where I thought I ruined the clear coat. Once again, beyond expectations! Can't even tell where the full areas were and it looks fantastic!
Definitely recommend Jason and team.

My car was scratched pretty bad from a local car wash and as corny as it sounds Jason and his team removed them and honestly had my car looking brand new. I would highly recommend his shop if you need that yearly wax and polish. They also do interiors! I'm very happy with the results! Jason was very professional and honest about what they could and couldn't do. His prices are very reasonable. They also provide a mobile detailing service.

I had a pretty deep scratch about half the length of my Sequoia and it had been at least 3 years since I have had it detailed, so I took it to Ballistic for some exterior TLC and they did an awesome job! They were able to get almost all of scratch out (much more than I thought possible) and really brought life back to the paint. Thank you!

For my birthday my dad offered to get my car detailed for me. It is a 2006, so at 10 years old, it really needed a good scrubbing. Not only does it look brand new on the outside - oooooh so shiny! The fabric arm rest which was grungy and dirty from skin oil I figured would be beyond cleanable, but looks brand new! What really got me to go through the effort to post a review is there complete attention to detail. They cleaned and shined the gas cap and compartment! Really! The first time I went to get gas and saw it I was blown away and knew I needed to let the world know how awesome this

Just had Ballistic at my home to detail my Odyssey I'm selling. The guys were on time, friendly, and very helpful when I asked them to install one of the second row seats that was taken out.
