The phone call to set up my appointment was great excellent customer service. The windshield replacement technician that came to my house was also great and had excellent customer service. The recalibration was to be done the next day but i was never given an appointment time for it. Gabriel called me that next day. He called me three times nonstop in a row. I was unable to answer any of the phone calls because I was in my college class. He immediately texted me annoyed that I wasn't answering. I called and explained my situation after I was out of class telling him I was in thatcher for my class

We were traveling out of state and a rock cracked our windshield. We looked up windshield repair and Crown Glass Solutions came up. We called them and went to there location and we repaired our windshield. We are very pleased with there work and polite service. 5 Stars and thanks.

They communicated very well, handled all of the insurance stuff from the get go. I felt bad because I am very hard to deal with and they treated me like I was family. Daniel came out to replace my windshield and talked me through the steps of what he was doing. Show me why he’s using the better quality equipment he was using. Had to listen to me and my very we will call it vocal neighbor who talks and talks. They made this process super easy and I will only be recommending this company anywhere I go. I can’t say enough great things about this company and Daniel was seriously the greatest. Hope

I was so benefited by Crown's spot-on helpful, able and happy to serve attitude and service which went above and beyond the call of duty. They trouble shot my very complicated front window remotely and serviced another tricky window problem I had on my RV with creative ingenuity, class and speed - far and above the competition. I have utilized Gabriel and his crews service for a couple years, not only for our business vehicles, but for my personal vehicle as well. Gabriel and his crew are always professional, clean, respectful and very quick at responding to any of our glass needs. I have had glass companies in the past either chip paint or bend stripping.
