I was referred to Sternbach and Rose by a family friend and their services exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. The staff are knowledgeable, personable and professional. This year, I had a sole proprietorship which I needed to include in my returns. Sternbach and Rose advised that I would need a Schedule C, helped with the allowable expenses, and brought my tax due down, which ultimately increased my refund. Ellen Rose of Sternbach and Rose is fast efficient and incredibly current on what the ever changing laws are. I read one of her recent articles which put things in perspective for my mother. She has taken on family members of different financial miens and everyone was thrilled. Sternbach's tag line includes, "where your not just a number", which means every client matters no matter what their income level. That has been our experience. They are true to those words. I've been working with Ellen for over a year after a recommendation from a business acquaintance. She completed both my business and personal taxes this past year without a hitch. She's also staying up-to-date all the covid related tax implications, which is great.
Ellen's generally very responsive and knowledgeable -- and even answers my dumb "what if" questions. She's also extremely to the point and doesn't tolerate bs, which I appreciate.

Finding the right CPA to meet your needs is not always easy, but Sternbach & Rose CPAs made things as stress free as possible. As first time home owners and with a husband on disability, we were worried about how our potential tax bill might effect our lives.

When I first opened my small business they were who I went to from the start. After a consultation my business partner and I knew they were the ones to go to.
