When I decided to remodel my home, I did not fully realize the extent of such an undertaking. My main considerations were a budget and whether to work with an interior designer. After working with top developers, builders and interior designers, I've never seen such a creative, space efficiency and unique style yet budget-minded and quick to complete interior designer as Perla Lichi. Perla Lichi is a manipulative thief. I read a negative review on her and her company that was almost identical to my personal situation with her. We were a smaller scale project for her. She was happy to take our design fee of $6,000 and pretend to make 50% of it a "credit" towards our furniture purchases. From the first conversation she promised me she could get the best pricing on furniture because she doesn't go to websites like Wayfair, Houzz, etc. she said she gets products straight from the manufacturer. Then why was her proposal for each furniture item LITERALLY over 100%
