The needs of people are constantly changing and we here at Gleason Orthodontics are trying to adapt to meet those needs. Whether it be concerns about time, money, or safety, we have systems in place to take care of all our patients, including you! While we would love to meet you in person, we understand that it is not always possible for everyone to come into our office right away.

We are positive you will love your first visit with us. Before you come, we will call your general dentist for any x-rays that we can use. We are also happy to look up any insurance benefits that may be available to you and that information ready for your appointment. After that, enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while Sonya, your dedicated Treatment Coordinator, gives you a tour of our beautiful office.

Our staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option, so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile. Dr. Gleason is AMAZING and his staff is just as AWESOME! From the moment we walked in the doorway, my daughter was treated with kindness and they spoke to her (and parents) in terms she understood, they were timely, efficient, and very fun!! These folks know how to make their patients and staff feel welcome!! Dr Gleason and the staff define synergy! We drove an hour to Dr. Gleason’s office and I would have driven two for him! Highly recommended to ALL!

Had our first visit yesterday! The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly in a way my child and I could both understand. The braces look great and my daughter was I excited and not worried at all! All her questions were answered thoughtfully 💙 We are so happy we chose Gleason Ortho!

Dr Gleason is AMAZING ! He is so skilled at what he does . My daughter had such a positive experience and he gave her a beautiful smile that she is proud to show off. I can’t even begin to tell you how incredible Dr. Jim and his staff are. Our son has special needs and they were out of this world amazing with him! They made the process comfortable, easy and dare I even say FUN!!! the office atmosphere is incredible, the staff have an amazing energy. They take the time to make sure you have all the information you need, heck they take the time to offer you coffee and water! I truly enjoy going there and feel confident with them in charge of my child’s treatment. You can stop researching orthodontist because you have found the right one!!!
