As a young boy, Freddy Varela, owner of Best Way Care Restoration, worked in Miami's cruise line industry with flooring restoration and carpet replacement. A few years later his experience led him to a new career in the private airplane sector with a New Jersey based company. Carpet cleaning and upholstery care of private airplanes became his new passion.
Upon relocating to Orlando, FL in 1999, Freddy went on to establish Best Care Carpet Cleaning as a one-man operation. Soon his reputation for high-quality service and careful attention to detail grew. The demand for his services was such that growth was inevitable. We use hot water rising using a high-efficiency truck mounted system. This is where the extraction of soils, spots, pollens, allergens and dirt are rinsed from your carpet.

Worst company to call for carpet cleaning. When I call to make the appointment I spoke with Fredy (owner) he told me the use the best products to clean the carpets and that the job was warranty. The day of the appointment came 6/28/17, when the guy came to the door, he start with a negative attitude. Now the carpet looks and smells worse than before, he didn't use any chemical products in the carpet, and I think he use the dirty water that he already have in his Van. He finish the job in less than 35 minutes, I was out side waiting for him to finish to pay, I paid him cash he didn't give me any
