In the comfort of our own home, Josi made what could be a stressful time-photos with a newborn-relaxing and fun!
During our newborn photo shoot my son decided he wanted to nurse most of the two hours. Rather than be frustrated she wasn't getting the pictures she planned, she took amazing pictures of the big sisters laughing and playing. Then she went on to take pictures of my son and I breastfeeding, and they are some of my most treasured memories.

Is it possible for a family photo session to actually be a fun time of connecting and playing with your kids? I sure like to believe so! My passion is to help families genuinely connect during our sessions to capture moments of authentic love, joy and laughter! Portrait photography has changed a lot since most of us were kids- gone are the days when you'd match outfits and have everyone sit still and (awkwardly!) pose for the camera.

Josi is amazing! We’ve been through a few photographers over the years, talented but too expensive or boring poses or no instruction and/or cranky toddlers... you name it. Josi is both very affordable and SO FUN to work with. Within 30 seconds she had my 3 kids attentions and played to their level and truly photographed THEIR personalities... so fun to be a part of her work. And she’s the sweetest too! Lots of love and thank you for truly capturing our silly family. We’ll be calling you again next year for sure! 💖

We recently had our first session with Josi and have only seen a sneak peak so far but already would HIGHLY recommend her. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with - from being extremely understanding and flexible with respect to scheduling to going ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep all my (very young) children engaged, comfortable and thoroughly entertained! I am looking forward to seeing the rest of our photos and working with Josi again soon!
