Wardzala Industries, Inc., a family owned business for 31 years, manufactures custom point of purchase displays for use on countertops, wall units, end caps, and free standing/floor exhibits. Our manufacturing capabilities, which include forming, stamping, welding, cutting, bending, and shearing can create POP Displays in a variety of styles and materials.
A customer in the food industry came to Wardzala Industries, Inc. in need of a CNC wire formed POP stand assembly. We worked closely with the client on all aspects of production. We performed the CNC wire using our advanced machinery. Next, we applied butt welding, bending, braking, spot welding, and stamping.
A customer in the lighting industry approached Wardzala Industries, Inc. in need of a CNC wire formed assembly lamp cover. Working from a sample, we created the lamp assembly according to the client's specifications. We expertly performed CNC wire forming, then butt welding, spot welding, and fixturing.
A client in the home goods industry came to Wardzala Industries, Inc. in need of a four slide wire assembly formed mechanism. The customer provided a drawing specifying their needs, and we custom-made the part for them. We performed four slide wire forming followed by end piece swaging. The finished product was made of pre-coated galvanized hard drawn steel wire with spring tempering.
