We are an ABI-certified customs brokerage firm and we hold a National Permit, allowing us to clear your merchandise via remote filing (RLF) in any U.S. Port. We are a C-TPAT certified customs broker assisting in controlling the threat of terrorism.

We have the experience in shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Legalization, Customs Forms, International Letters of Credit and Bank Drafts.
Importer Security Filing (ISF), formerly known as the 10+2 rule, is a requirement for Importers and Carriers to provide to CBP advance data elements for ocean shipments arriving into the United States. Everyone that imports ocean cargo must file an ISF. This filing allows CBP to ensure cargo safety and security by identifying high-risk shipments and prevent smuggling of terrorist weapons into the U.S.

Tried for 2+ weeks to get the lady I needed to speak with to return my call. Never heard from her and she was never in her office for about 3 weeks. Left several messages with secretary, on her work voicemail and on her cell phone. The couple people I talked to asked for information about my shipment. They had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Searched around a bit and found a much more knowledgeable customs broker that easily sorted me out. Good luck, hope you had better luck than I did.
