In August of 2020 I contacted AM Sun Solar about the battery program 100% rebate through PG&E. I qualified for this program in every way. I lived in a high fire area, on a water well and of have a medical need for electricity. I jumped at the chance so I called AM Sun Solar and told them sign me up. I was told I qualify. I told them I couldn’t afford to buy solar. I was also told to tell all my neighbors and if they bought solar I would get $500. So AM Sun Solar took a $400 refundable deposit from me to get things going. I was referred to their engineering department for a site survey

Buyer BEWARE!! AM Sun Solar PROMISED that the loan was assumable to a new buyer of the home. IT IS NOT!
This company did not back what the salesperson promised. It cost us over 30k in escrow to payoff the loan!! The Director of Sales refused to work with us and said "oh well it was an honest mistake". Do your research!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I love my new solar system. Starting with the Consultant, continuing through the installation team and the office personnel, I was happy with the cooperation and assistance throughout the entire process. Everyone listened to my input and responded appropriately. As it happens, I had a specific deadline I needed to meet and AM Sun Solar saw that it happened.

We recently had a solar system installed on our home by A.M. Sun Solar. The salesman was respectful and followed through with our nit-picky requests.
The design team did what we asked.
The install team was great and followed through with our plans and the design as requested.
They were on schedule throughout the process.
Everything was explained well throughout the project!
I considered Tesla and SunRun for a variety of reasons, but in the end I chose A.M. Sun Solar and I am happy I did!! Their customer service, equipment and being a local company all solidify my decision to go with A.M. Sun

Prior to start of the project i simple request the supervisor to raise up a little bit the ground panels since goats roaming around in that area and he simply said "Not a big deal" but that was not followed. Now goats can easily jump on top of panels. Well i dont blame the working crew since no instruction to them by supervisor. Unfortunately, i dont recommend to anyone...

It has now been two and a half years since we purchased out AM Solar system. The system has performed flawlessly, and the response from the company from beginning to end has been great - during installation and after, with my random queries. I even took advantage of their $500 referral!! This is one purchase that I have never felt buyer's remorse about. Thank you guys! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

All the great reviews they get are probably totally deserved. Mike, Danielle and Brian and the install crew were all totally professional, and more to the point, were all friendly, honest and eager to help make the project a success - and it is! End of year time constraint totally met, extra work done above and beyond, every step explained and done on time, very high quality equipment and little details like color matching my house paint so new electrical conduit just blends right in. Best of all, I'm generating power right in line with the project estimate. Turned the system on at winter

We have had solar for 3 months now and our bill went from @ $450 - $600 /mo. to PGE
to a $300.00 / mo.payment to the credit union on a 12 year plan.
Plus a $10,000.00 Tax credit
Our annual PG&E projected bill is $144.00 FOR THE YEAR. Yoo Hoo.
