We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
Our friendly, homey office is just the right place to begin your journey toward healing and better health. We will greet you by name and give you a brief tour of our office to familiarize you with our offerings. If you haven't completed your paperwork, which can be downloaded from our site, we ask that you come in about 15 minutes before your appointment to do so.
If you lose something, it costs time or money (or both) to recover it. That's true whether you lose your keys or your health. How much you're willing to invest to recover your health is based upon how much you value your health. Everyone values his or her health differently. We currently participate with all major health insurance carriers and as such accept insurance assignment.

I have been seeing Dr. P for years for degenerative osteoarthritis in my back. I can not count the times this man has pulled me from the depths of chronic back pain. He is wonderful and always knows what to do. His staff are the best. Because my low back condition is degenerative and will never go away on its own - I plan on being his patient for years. I also appreciate the fact that I can talk to him about health issues in general.

I had lived with lower back pain for over 5 years and thought I was going to have to deal with it for the rest of my life. I don’t take pain pills, so my doctor recommended chiropractic care instead. Wow! Absolutely wow! After my first visit with Dr. Puritz, my chronic pain was gone!! He took the time to listen, actually listen to me and not just start doing things. He explained how the nervous system works and if your spine and joints are not aligned properly, pain is the result. I am not nearly fixed, but I am able to do things that I never thought possible again. I can bend and lift like before
