Working with a builder that has a degree in architectural is huge! It is one thing to have a set of house plans but to make sure that you are getting the most of every square foot is vital in today's market. The attention to detail is what we are all looking for when you are building your Dream home!

The owner operator does not pay his bills. He still owes house in many neighborhoods that he built in. If he can't sell them, he rents them. He refuses to pay his fair share. He is above the rules and can do whatever he wants. Good luck trusting him with your dream unless your into nightmares. Go with anyone else.
