I've been in the gym for over 12 years and have been Personal Training for a little over 5 years going on 6. I'm also an athlete in Bodybuilding in the Men's Physique division. I've competed in dIfferent federations; INBA, NGA and NPC. I try my best to inspire others not to give up and keep pushing because I was just like them, an average joe wanting to quit and throw in the towel especially when nobody else believed in you.
