Vaughn Pharmacy was established in 1966 when brothers Jack & E.S Bevins teamed up with Dr. Cecil Russell to open a medical practice and pharmacy. Bill Vaughn had been working at Farragut Drugs at the time and came on board as a pharmacist. The drugstore was originally called Bevins-Vaughn and occupied just one-quarter of the building.
At Vaughn Pharmacy we really care about the local community. Owner Dwight Disney is involved in a variety of local committees and volunteers his time to serve on various boards. Together with his staff, he is keen to give back to the Powell community and that is something he brings to the pharmacy through a variety of programs and events including clothing drives, church missions, food pantries and other local events.
How often do you suddenly realize that you are about to run out of your medication and you haven't picked up your prescription refill? Frustrating, isn't it? Now it can be a thing of the past thanks to the Vaughn Pharmacy RXsync program. RXsync is a free program offered to our customers to ensure they never again run out of their medication.
CBD is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in the marijuana plant. It has become a popular natural remedy for a wide range of ailments. A multipurpose oil is made by extracting CBD from the plant and diluting the extract with a carrier oil. CBD offers the relaxation and analgesic properties associated with marijuana but does not bring with it the feeling of getting 'high'.

Am I Ever a happy customer. I have referred several people there, already. It literally is a place where the staff truly cares about and remembers your needs.
They have been very generous to me with coupons that even apply to my unbelievable low prescriptions! This is unheard of! If you live even an hour away from Powell, TN, it will save you money to drive here. Call them and compare the prices.

The owner of Vaughn's is an extremely civic minded individual who dedicates his life to his family first and the service of those in his community. He is a stellar individual and worthy in every way of our community's support. The store has great people and the service is second to none. There is no where I would rather do my pharmacy business.
