If no stars was an option that's what they would get. Our new accountant is having to re-do everything as if nothing was ever done for the last 4 years. This company is very unorganized and complacent. We are in a horrible bind because this company was hired to do more than just prepare taxes and never delivered the services. I'm sure if you are only having simple w2 taxes prepared by them it's fine. I would not recommend using them for anything more than that even though he is a cpa.

This year will be the 3rd year that we have used this company. It wasn’t a good experience this year for our 2018 tax return.
First, I was under the impression that the gentlemen that I spoke with was the one looking at and completing my taxes, but they were handed off to someone else (would’ve been nice to know that.)
Second, they had my taxes for over 4 weeks. I called to inquire about them and they said “they were waiting on something from the government.” I still don’t know what they were waiting on. However the next day, not even 24 hours, I receive a call and they tell me they
