Services
We'll give you a breakdown of fees and send you a lease. Short-term rentals have a cleaning fee of $100-$150 depending upon the size of the rental. If requested, a linen service fee ranging from $60 - $140 and is subject to a NH Room and Meals Tax of 9% of the total rental amount. You will need to fill out a Credit Application and return it to our office with $30/person.
Eastman is a spectacular, private year-round, recreational, and retirement community located in the heart of the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region of New Hampshire. You'll find this community off Interstate 89 off exit 13. Northwest of Boston and near the western border with Vermont, Eastman's picturesque and pristine setting is a peaceful country environment.

We were very unhappy with our experience with Melissa at Gray Ledges. Our house was not cared for and left in poor condition. Instead of advocating for us (her clients), Melissa was unsympathetic and defensive, saying the damage was regular wear and tear and offering to send a cleaner/handyman out a second time. Some of the damages we didn't even ask them to repair, because we knew we could do a better job of it. In the end, we received no money to repair our property up to our standards.

The house we rented was beautiful, but Melissa Allen is extremely incompetent and made the entire experience dreadful. She was unable to effectively communicate between ourselves and the home owners. The home owners showed up more than once unannounced thinking Melissa had informed us. She sent workers to our house without telling us and gave them a key to our premises. Once I got off work and drove up my driveway to be greeted by a huge, barking, black dog and a sketchy man in a van who happened to be doing some sort of work around the house.
