TTI Custom Fabrication manufactures and offers several models of heat exchangers and heat exchanger products. All heat exchangers are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel and three of our models are the shell and tube design. The inner tubes are specialty stainless with a rating of 10000 PSI. The outer stainless housing can be designed for specific pressure ratings.
Our standard pressure rating is 1600 PSI, however higher pressure ratings are available. Services
We are now offering rebuilt blowers. Blowers are rebuilt in our shop to like-new condition and sold for a price that is much less than a new blower. With the economic times of today - this could be a bonus for your pocket book. Pictures of blowers available will be posted shortly. In the meantime, give us a call to inquire as to specific blower availability.
As a service to our customers, TTI Custom Fabrication and Welding is now offering replacement parts for both White Magic and PowerClean Carpet Cleaning Machines. We offer our well known products including Heat Exchangers, both exhaust and coolant as replacement parts for both White Magic and PowerClean machines.
Our machines can be yours purchased directly from the manufacturer - a leader in the industry. Our choice of components is an extension of our top quality stainless heat exchangers, headers and diverters. All of the Simplicity Line of Truck Mounts are designed with the waste tank being the frame of the machine.
John's Custom Machine has provided Heat Exchanger units for a variety of custom orders, including larger units, and modified stock units. The photos below depict some of our models that are available. All of our models are manufactured with 316 Stainless throughout. The stainless inner tubing is pressure rated to 10,000 PSI.
We can rebuild your truckmount if a new TM is not in your budget. Ship us your TM and we will do the rest. If you want to use your engine, blower, etc., send it along too. As per your requirements, we can install a new engine, pump, blower, silencer, mix tank, heat exchangers, build you a new frame, etc.
