When working with a therapist, it is imperative that you have a good connection, trust, and excellent chemistry. In order to provide a platform to get to know us better and for us to understand your needs, we offer free 30 minute consultations. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long although longer times may be reserved if requested in advance.

Our rates are comparable with Doctorate, Masters, and Associate level specialist therapists in the California, Chicago, and New York areas.
