Many people have questions about the treatment procedures and diagnostic processes involved in their chiropractic experience. The following paragraphs will help explain the process of your first visit with Alexander Chiropractic making your experience as comfortable as possible. Once the paperwork is complete, you will meet with our case manager, nurse practitioner and Dr. Alexander.
Injury to the body is caused when one part of the body moves too quickly in relation to another part of the body. In whiplash, the head and torso are moving in different directions, resulting in damage to the tissues of the neck. The neck is a very complex structure, though, and there are many important nerves and blood vessels that travel through the neck to other parts of the body.
Low back pain is a very common condition, and one that is very expensive for our health care system. Experts estimate that chronic back pain costs the US about $100 billion each year in direct and indirect costs. One factor explaining these enormous costs is the high rate of recurrence and chronic disability related to low-back disorders.
Chiropractic adjustments during pregnancy are an important choice in prenatal care. Previous imbalances in your spine and pelvis become stressed during pregnancy. These can become pronounced during pregnancy making it difficult to perform routine daily activities. Many women experience back discomfort/pain during pregnancy.
Alexander Chiropractic attempts to take out as much of the "insurance hassle" as possible. All you have to do is provide your insurance card and driver's license and our insurance biller will communicate with your insurance company. It is our guarantee to verify any benefits you may have and notify you of any expense you may be responsible for prior to the start of treatment.

Dr. Alexander and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in patient care. Dr. Alexander is attentive and takes the time to address concerns and walk you through adjustments. From the time you walk through the door you are greeted and updated on your plan of care. It is nice to have a holistic approach to care and having a personal treatment plan based on your individual needs with adjustments, PT and continued monitoring on progress. Even with only being treated at the practice for 6 months, I feel like I have known the staff of Alexander Chiropractic for years.

This Doctor is amazing! Caring, Talented, full of energy and enthusiasm. Truly wanting to make a difference for those of us that really need it. My Husband showed up on a Monday morning, hunched over from days of pain, the E.R sent him home with an RX but no real relief. Dr. Alexander and his staff took him in right away and quickly did what needed to be done to get him much needed relief from the terrible pain he was in.

10 years ago I had to unremitting sciatica pain and was ready for surgery. I already had medications. PT, osteopathic Manipulation- none of these no helpef. My daughter suggested I try chiropractic care. As fate would have it , Dr. Alexander spoke at a work staff meeting. I saw him and after about 6-8 2x week appointments my pain left and never returned! Dr. Alexander and his office staff are so incredibly welcoming and kind! I really enjoy my treatment here and would recommend everyone see Dr. Alexander. Recommended to me by a friend, I began seeing Dr. Alexander because of some lower back pain and arm pain. His treatments have helped immensely with both of these areas. His approach is holistic, he's friendly and approachable, and he gets to know his patients. Dr. Alexander is the only chiropractor I've seen (in 15 years) who has actually helped me get over chronic pain and have less chiropractic visits over time. He is not willing to do the same thing over and over again and hope for a better result. He really wants to see a good, lasting outcome. He is thorough, kind, listens, willing to try different techniques. Highly recommend him!
