The owner Matt promised me he would work on a variance for building a garage within 5 feet of my septic. He started telling me he was working on it in the spring of 2019. He told me it would take the State of Wisconsin six weeks to get it approved. I waited about eight weeks and called to get a status of what was going on and Matt told me that he didnt think I wanted it done right away, but he would start working on it. I waited another six weeks and checked back only to be told that he promised he would get to it the next week. The next
