Lake Interiors took good care of us with our bedroom/bathroom remodel. And I can say without reservation that they stand by their products and craftsmanship. We had some intricate tile work done and it turned out beautiful. The tile setters were skilled and attentive to detail. We had Lake Interiors install new carpet in our hallways and bedrooms, as well, and we hired their team to move the heavy furniture and tear out the old carpet. These guys were fast, careful, and accommodating. When they discovered a defect in our subfloor that needed to be fixed before installing the carpet they were able

Ya . . . like Jenifer D., we are not having a good time. We had a dishwasher go crazy and wipe out two units in my apartment building. They went great guns with packing out tenants, getting the insurance company motivated, and tearing out damaged stuff . . . the damaged stuff that was readily visible. There is still mold in the units, the installed replacement cabinets are NOT what I chose (and they're pretending that the mere female doesn't know what she picked). The cabinets are obviously damaged & they installed them anyway. My personal favorite part of this whole experience

Great experience here. Don took plenty of time to show my wife and I around. We tend to be very indesisive and that doesn’t seem to be an issue here. Lots of sample to look at and even check out to take home. If you are starting a project stop in and take a look. Better the. Driving to Wenatchee for sure.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by this place. We were extremely unhappy. The results were nice, but it was a struggle from December 16, 2017 until May 20, 2018. There was a total lack of communication with the contractor, they were constantly going to the next step without consulting us. They did not listen to our ideas. They were not timely on completion, because they would say they were coming and then would not. Not to mention over budget. This was a nightmare from start to finish. We would never suggest this company to anybody.
