We just moved in but they called us right back Unlike the other property mngt groups. We got to go into 3-4 different properties and choose which one we want wanted to rent and treated us great as if we were buying the property. They are flexible, honest were willing to work with us.

Very professional, responsive, and attentive. As an out of state owner of multiple rental properties, I could not be more satisfied with their service. They stayed in touch with me constantly from the onset and helped address the maintenance issues before my one vacant property was rented out. They are quick to respond to all of my tenants needs. Gave me a short term lease! I am a hospital traveler and the town of Enid isnt very travel friendly, so when they worked with me, i was sold! The place i have with them is Amazing! Thank you guys so much!

Very weird circumstances around some of their rental properties. Ours is owned by another party, and shares a water line with another house(which is not managed by etowne). Called a maintenance request, got hung up on under the pretense of "i have a very important staff meeting im supposed to be in right now, I will look in to this list and call you back", and then she took the time to call the property owner and complain that i had called them in the first place.
She questioned every problem we were(and still are) having.
Fast forward 2 months of these people in the house revving their engine

If you're looking for a property management company that goes the extra mile to include you in decisions that are made with your home as well as finding you a suitable renter, look elsewhere. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.
We reached out to E-Towne to see if they could accommodate a 6-month (short-term) lease for us. They were confident it would be easy to lease (claiming they had lots of current interest in a rental like ours) and also ensured their communication would be better than previous companies I had dealt with. It wasn't.

3 star average. 5 stars while I was renting. They never bothered me and quick turnaround on 2 small maintenance issues. 1 star on deposit return. A month after moving out I called about the status of the deposit return and was told the lease gives them 45 to 90 days. I didn’t have a pet and had the place completely cleaned by a professional cleaning company. I heard nothing for 90 days so called back and they still hadn’t processed my deposit return or even know if I had the carpets professionally cleaned before leaving. I paid rent on time for a year a half, the least they could do is return
