My 10 year old son is a patient. I called this facility the week before my son's first visit and was treated very well and it was agreed that they would get back with early the next week after the initial visit to tell me how the visit went. I was never called. Second visit scheduled for 6/5/17 at 4pm I called the office on this day and again reminded them that I am concerned about my son and I have EVERY right to hear about my 10 YEAR OLD son's progress and I was hit with very rude comments that Neighborhood Counseling does not have to reach out to me and I would have to call in during his appointment
