Asked for gutters to be replaced and SHAZAMM.....tomorrow? YES! Unfortunately there was not supervision and follow through with the job. Didn't show up. Called to find out what happened. Randy who gave the estimate and install schedule, had no clue. Seemed to me the job was small and unworthy of his time. Was surprised he wasn't involved with the work and he responded, "It's gutters". Maybe the job wasn't worth it at all and didn't even plan on doing it....who knows.

Hudson Valley Roofers replaced my cedar shingle roof 4 years ago. Other roofers wouldn't even attempt it. They were thoroughly professional, executed the job exactly as promised, were exceptionally polite, quiet, tidy, and careful of shrubs and plants. No hidden costs. It was one of the best contracting experiences I've had in 40 years.

Worst!! Experience ever. First never mentioned anything about permits so the roof was ripped off and also plywood then it was our responsibility to get permit took me 3 days of running around. Finally get permit and was told oh we cant come back for 3 days meanwhile we were getting massive rain. They finally show up and complete roofs after many issues and arguments then they left holes in plywood for any rodent to make home. many small things not completed and was told 3 times they would meet me to fix and never showed up now they wont answer the phone. Wouldn't recommend this company to
