Our company is growing so fast that we are constantly looking for good people. We provide property inspections for banks and other clients. Banks are required to check on their properties for insurance purposes, during refinancing, for properties in distress and for other reasons. Using our network of inspectors, we are able to arrange inspections in thousands of towns in multiple States throughout the United States.
Mortgage Bankers Field Services does not know, list, or have the capability of finding out 'for sale' details on the homes that we are inspecting. Please do NOT contact us for sale details. Instead, please contact your local county assessor's office to obtain information on the owner of the property in question, or search the property address on the internet for possible public sale details.

Great company I spoke with one of the owners Jeff he said right now currently they don't have any openings in the New York City 5 boroughs or Long Island Nassau and Suffolk County but there will be positions in the future as what he told me so I should apply now so I did and I'm hoping to get a position in Long Island as a independent contractor field inspector one day soon

Very professionally ran company with very friendly and personable staff! I learned a lot about this industry working with MBFS! The pay is so punctual you don't even have to check your account to know funds will be there on the clearly specified dates! If you put in the effort and communicate with these people as expected they will take the time to work with you and you can make good $$$$

If you are looking for a place where you can essentially schedule your own time and get paid for driving around taking pictures, then you have found your new home. The support people are phenomenal and great to work with. The firm is run by a person that will go "above and beyond" to make things work. I would recommend this opportunity to anyone that wants something on the side to make some extra money.
