I found this spot on groupon and called immediately to get an appointment. Sherry called me back and was super sweet and very helpful.
I had to do a facetime call with the doctor the next day prior to my photofacial and he was just as kind. Took his time and was a true Texas gentleman. Cleared me for the procedure within 5 mins of just basic questions. The fee was $25. It is required.
Got there super early for my appointment and the gal who checked me in was very nice. Handed me a clipboard asking me about covid vaccines. Personally I am not a fan of that but no harm no foul.

Fairy has done wonders for my face and I will continue to go her. She’s accommodating and will always work around your schedule. I’ve also done laser hair removal with her. She’s so sweet, always asks if I’m doing ok, which I appreciate and gives you very detailed instructions and recommendations when asked. Please book an appt with her. You will not regret it.

My daughter a college student went today and the service was exceptional. Their business practices are horrid however. She had a Groupon that she was using for a scheduled session that they cancelled then remade an appointment. Then upon the end of the appointment they I formed her the rates had increased after they agreed to charge her the Groupon rate on her follow up visits. They didn't tell her before the price was increased. For a starving college student that should never be the case.

Every moment with this team is nothing but exceptional! From the meeting with Dr. Ramirez, the interactions with Shari (front desk- who is incredibly sweet and helpful), to the main even - Dysport with Heidi, I had an incredible experience!! Heidi is a perfectionist, an artist, she's friendly and fun but make no mistake, she's focused and meticulous. I have had many injections in the past, I've trained docs on injections, she's got the touch! I am so glad I found this place! I went there for the first time this week. Heidi, one of the lead esthetician, took care of me. She was very nice professional and skilled. She walked me through the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I am already so happy with the results and can't wait to go back!!

Before going to this spa I met with Dr. Ramirez via FaceTime call to discuss my medical history and skin concerns. He was amazing and very friendly. Then I went in for my IPL appointment and was greeted be the sweetest ladies ever. Their service was super welcoming and informative. I can't wait to to visit again! :)

I’ve seen Yajaira (Heidi) for almost a year now and my skin has improved so much. everyone there is so friendly and they keep the place extremely clean and tidy. It is a long story but there were 2 bad experiences at Glo Med Spa. One from the previous round of visits in which I wasted 2000.00 on laser treatment where the machine was not operating on the 2nd round of treatments and never got the 3red round. I asked for a refund but instead got a credit which was all that was offered. I should not have event take that because I ended up with another bad experience. The tech at Glo Med Spa put 2 syringes of fillers in my cheeks and some under my eyes which was offered as a credit for my previous issue. I had terrible ....horrible bruising but

Yajaira helped me and she was amazing , she put me right at ease. She explained everything in detail , from what she was putting on my face to when she actually performed the procedure.
The only I had to pay for once I was there was the numbing cream - $20. I had it on for about 30

There are too many wonderful things to say about this place and the people that work here! I just recently started getting facials (never too late) and ALL of the women here are so inviting and knowledgeable. Heidi is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand what she’s is doing and what the benefits are during treatment. I have now had 3 microneedling sessions and 2 IPL treatments. I love the results and people so much I enrolled in their monthly membership club (very affordable and worth it)! I've had IPL photo facials at a lot of different spas and estheticians and none were as nurturing the ladies at Glo Med Spa. They were friendly, warm and attentive. They took great care to make me feel comfortable and applied numbing cream ahead of my procedure. If you've had photo facials at different places, you've experienced the "nah, you don't need numbing cream" customer service. Yes, it DOES make a difference!
