I’ve been insured with Eric James State Farm for a little over 10yrs. Viri always gives great service and accurate information pertaining to my policies. She is the not only pleasant but helpful. Eric,Ivan ,Viri and Dom are amazing!! Definitely recommend them for an agency!!

Over the 9 months with state farm, I realized it was the worst decision. 1. The office did not notify the DMV of my insurance so I received a cancel of registration in the first 3mths. Then requiring road side assistance I sat on the side of the road for 8hrs, only to find the tow was cancelled due to the company informing state farm they could tow a rig my size. Then waited another 4hrs in 115degree weather. Causing me to miss a shop prepared to fix my rig that day. Wouldn't reimburse me for the hotel due to their negligence. 6mths into the policy they come back and say I was underquoted. Doubling

Eric James is by far the most incompetent State Farm insurance agent I've ever been associated with in my 40+ yrs if using State Farm. After making a payment by phone a month in advance and paying the price Eric James stated to me. One month later I received a late notice from Mr James claiming I'd missed my payment date. He then lied about sending me the late notice claiming it was state farm who sent me the notice. Eric James had undercharged me $1 which he demanded i pay immediately... If Mr James can't quote the correct payment amount over the phone. How could he get a claim paid correctly

I have been with Eric James' state farm office for a couple of years now and wouldn't think of switching to another Agent or Insurance company. All of the staff are extremely helpful but Viridiana, today, was especially helpful! She took 40+ minutes out of her day to help me make changes to my policy. She was very kind, informative and extremely patient in answering all of my questions! Plus....she saved me money!! Thank you Viridiana!!! And thanks to all of Eric James' staff!!! You all are the best!

We've been with Eric James State Farm since 2002. His office has provided us with excellent service during all this time. We signed up with this office because it was conveniently located near where we live, and have since moved way across town. But we still come to this office because he and his staff are personal, professional, and helpful in all ways that they can be. I recommend working with Anthony Acevedo. Thanks for all of your great help!

I needed insurance and Eric's office showed the agent most close to my residence. My initial call to purchase renters insurance was received with warmth and full attention. The call was smooth, thorough and felt very personal. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim and this office staff was compassionate, supportive and most of all, attended to my claim with care and timeliness. Due to the nature of my claim, Eric James handled some things for me personally to ensure all necessary documentation and communication with the claims dept were in place.

I was a little hesitant to get a quote on state farm. i figured i was going to be expensive, however i gave them a try. I spoke to Luz and she gave me and awesome quote. She included my auto, life and renters insurance all in one. I pay automatic monthly and never worry about missing a payment. i always have questions and all the guys there are great. Ivan has great customer service always makes me laugh. Anthony is great as well. love you all. Thanks Eric James and crew.
