DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is the second time I’ve brought my Tahoe for a full cleaning and the inside is still completely dirty. My floor mats and leather seats are still covered in dirt. The last time this happened, I brought the vehicle back and made them actually clean it. This time I’m saving my time and money and never taking a vehicle there again.

I hired the mobile was to clean 2 compact size vehicles. The positive: The exteriors were done very well. The interior of the one vehicle was also done well. However, on the Prius, it looks like they never even raised the hatch. The trunk area was not vacuumed at all. Unfortunately, I only inspected the outside and didn't open the hatch before tipping them $15 on a $75 charge. I have tried contacting through their website to ask for a partial refund but so far no response.
Update. Shortly after posting I was contacted and offered full refund so have to give them credit for doing the right thing

I’ve had my truck since 2009 and hands down this is the cleanest it’s ever been! I live in Springs but have family down in the valley. I will definitely be a return customer...it’s worth the drive. Rocky Pride did so much better then anyplace I’ve ever used.
