We've used PRO-TEC for several home inspections of rental properties we were looking to acquire. When we first started our rental investing journey, we used another company for inspections and found that their work was overall, lacking. OUTSTANDING!!!!! The attention to details and the time taken to ensure that EVERY square inch of the property was covered was above and beyond expectations. Every inch of the attic was covered in 95+ Degree heat. The report was meticulous and very professionally laid out with dozens of pictures to show every item that needed attention. The roof inspection alone was so detailed that the roofer we contacted to get a quote didn’t even need to come to the property and gave his quote directly from the inspection report and pictures.
