All Locked Up

Needed a few new chipped keys and key ring remotes made. Quick response to my request and was able to do it the same day. Came by late in the evening and completed the job. Outstanding service and communication. Do not hesitate if you need to use them.

Don was great. He never gave up on me. I have a 2001 Lexus IS300. It is a difficult model to get a key. I was looking at $1000 from the dealer minimum to get a key I lost. Don helped me out for less than half. If you have this car, go to the dealer and get the key code. It will help the locksmith tremendously. He had three keys made and the ecu reset. When you need a rekey you want it done now. Contacted Don on Yelp message me right back. Gave me a fair estimate and show up in hours. Got all my doors rekey and even going extra mileage to help fix my old house door issue which is 15mins away. Highly recommend !!

My reaction with don roush was unprofessional because he likes to talk badly about customers that don't pay him enough money an when they offer him baked goods he does take them but it seems has all about money an during these hard times you should be thankful for what u are given not give bad service to customers he doesn't arrive on time he makes excuses why hes late and he lies not only about his experience as a lock smith but also his inventory didn't last long i had to go to another lock smith because he present his inventory as higher quality than other places be cautious when picking his

Spoke with Don & got quoted on a key remake for my car, then didn’t hear back from him for the rest of the night. When I contacted him 5 hours later, he lets me know he can’t do the key after all because he needs an additional part. He said he would get the part 3 days later & come out to make the key. He did not contact me at all within those 3 days. When I finally got a hold of him the day he was supposed to show, he gave me the runaround again & promised he would be out later that day but never gave me a time. I called several times throughout that day with no answer. I waited four days

Don was a lifesaver! Called other locksmiths and they couldn't come out until next day and were twice as expensive! I accidentally closed bedroom door while locked and what would have normally been an easy open with the key we had, it was a bit of a nightmare!
Our contractor installed our doorknob upside down! So the key wouldn't work! Don answered my call immediately and was here within 30 minutes! Although the door was a challenge he was able to get it open and put it back the correct way! He'll be our "to go" locksmith if ever needed! Thanks Don!
