I feel the most grounded out in nature - roaming the coastline with salt air in my lungs, tackling a new mountain (I'm working on my NH 48 list), or strolling through downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I also love + appreciate solitary runs, indie folk music, endless cups of hot tea, vinyasa, and soft, directional light.
Your wedding day will come and go, and what's left of that legacy? The decor is taken down, the dress is tucked gently away for a future generation perhaps, the flowers eventually wilt as they always do in their own time. I'm here to bottle up those moments. Alanna was our wedding photographer this past August 2021, and we are in love with the photos she took both at our wedding and during our engagement shoot. She captured so many great moments and the time and effort she poured into the editing process did not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. Working with Alanna was hands down one of the best decisions that we made when planning our wedding. She is patient, responsive and extremely helpful - she worked with us throughout the entire process on the timeline, the logistics, and even customized a package for us to make sure we could get the photos we wanted within our budget.

Alanna is an incredibly talented photographer. From our first phone call, I knew that she would be the photographer for our special day. I have never been one to be super comfortable in front of a camera and I made that very known. Thankfully she includes an engagement shoot as part of some of her wedding packages, and that's what we chose. I am so happy we did this. Not only do I have unforgettable and just downright beautiful photos as a result, but we learned Alanna's flow and how easy it could be. Alanna was absolutely fantastic to work with! She went for my crazy idea of an engagement photo shoot on top of a mountain. She even proposed the idea of Artists Bluff in NH. She was kind and patient with us and our dogs while out there, even though it was absolutely freezing and very windy. She had a lot of great tips for those of us who are awkward in front of a camera. Her turnaround time was impressive and I got my full photos within a couple of weeks. If you're adventurous or just looking for a beautiful set of photos, Alanna is for you!

Alanna was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! We are in love with our engagement + wedding photos. On top of being incredibly talented, she is a wonderful person to be around and communicate with! We had to make so many changes to our wedding, even before the pandemic and she was so flexible and supportive with every turn. I couldn't recommend Alanna enough.

We had initially booked our wedding for September 5th in Portsmouth, NH. We've lived in several states around the country, so we had people coming in from all over -- including our original photographer. When we decided to postpone our ceremony until 2021 and do an intimate backyard ceremony with only our parents, we knew we still wanted photos. Our wedding coordinator told us about Alanna -- AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE GRATEFUL. Alanna was sweet, kind, and attentive from the beginning. Our parents are all older so we were very concerned about Covid exposure, and Alanna could not have been more understanding

From the second I saw Alanna's work I knew I had to have her photograph our elopement! It was truly love at first sight.. When planning a very last minute elopement I looked at tons of photographers but none compared to her.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Alanna! We had a long engagement and Alanna made sure to check in and stay in contact the whole time. She was on top of everything! She made my husband and I very comfortable behind the camera and really captured us and our personalities extremely well. At the wedding, she blended right in but didn’t miss a thing!
