We were customers for over 14 years. The service has always been great. Even when we decided to leave State Farm (beyond control of David's office), David Grant's office made the transition seamless. If we had a better experience with State Farm corporation and another State Farm agent who refused to assist in our time of need, we'd still be with David Grant.

They do well but it's far past the time to get someone to answer the phone. A Customer doesn't like hearing a machine in the middle of the work day. We have also had State Farm for over 45 years now. When we actually had to use the policy we had paid for all that time, they cancelled our policy. If State Farm were our neighbor, we would move!
