640 Massage Therapies provides therapeutic massage services for all 640 muscles in the body. Our Licensed Massage Therapists have advanced training and knowledge of human anatomy, physiology & kinesiology. Here at 640 Massage our goal is to not only treat but educate. We believe that through educating our clients about their anatomy, physiology & kinesology it arms them with the knowledge to live a healthier, pain free life.
Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Beware. We are new to the area from the city, and just had to cancel a massage here because of a positive Covid test. Without any regret, and quite belligerently, they unethically kept our deposit as we canceled within 24 hours to keep from exposing anyone. They don't care about anyone, especially their staff, whom they felt comfortable exposing to Covid. If they don't care about their staff, they CLEARLY don't care about you. Go elsewhere.

I just came here for my first massage ever... it’s out of this world. The service is great and very friendly, they did a good job at making me feel comfortable.
Tabitha did my massage and it was incredible. I’ve never felt so relaxed and physically healed. Everything was so delicate and smooth but also deliberate and with good force.

Just returned from my first visit to 640 Massage, a hidden gem! The environment is very professional, calming and relaxing but still holds a small town charm of historic Westbrook! Also a very COVID conscious business with sanitization and checks every step along the way. They have taken Connecticut and CDC guidelines seriously and added there own additional steps. Next visit scheduled!

I went to 640 Massage today for the first time and had an amazing massage from Meg! She was great at assessing my body and very knowledgeable about how to go about relieving my chronic back pain. Meg was also friendly and made sure I was feeling ok throughout the massage. I felt immediate relief for the first time in a very long time afterwards. Absolutely amazing experience. I am an avid massage enthusiast....it has been atleast 5 months or longer since I have had one. This was my first time going to 640 and I will be going back as much as I can. Beautiful and clean facility with stunning decor & the masseuse was strong, talented and was able to work out my kinks and knots from running my farm & heavy lifting. I even had a great conversation with her. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going to chiropractor and having massage but it didn’t help! but Stephanie is really the best My shoulder and my back been in pain for a months but Stefanie really taking care of me after I finish my deep tissue massage I feel great and feel happy ! Now I feel Renew and I can lift up my shoulder without pain! I definitely recommended 640 massage! Amazing and the best! I’m so happy and feel great! Definitely will go back again ☺️☺️☺️

She is friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about her work. Tabby is extremely knowledgeable about not only every single muscle and bone in your body but also how they work together. This information gives her the ability to understand how to address what’s going on in someone’s body. Her hands are magic and truly have kept me able to work out regularly without injury. I had a deep tissue massage with Tabatha today. It wasn’t just a massage. It was an experience. She has such an incredible awareness of the human body and how to therapeutically work your muscles, while making… you feel relaxed and pampered. I had a massage with Tom last week. Although I would like to keep him all to myself, that wouldn’t be quite fair to anyone but me. He is a very good therapist. I liked that he listened and applied the amount of pressure that I requested in different areas. It was a therapeutic yet also somewhat relaxing massage, which is rare for me as I am on my feet for 10-14 hour stretches. Give this guy a try! -but leave space for me 😀

Tabitha is incredible. I go on a monthly bases as I have aches, pains and tightness from working out. She not only provides such relief from all of these ailments, but recommends helpful exercises and stretches that I can do at home. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable and caring. One of my favorite things is her hot towels after she's worked on my back. Her studio is inviting, calming and spotless. This is the place to go if you want a fabulous massage.
