He arrived right on time. He gave me the quotes for the parts that needed replaced, and did not push me to buy a new unit.
My husband & I decided on a new unit, as the parts were $900 shy of a new unit, and heaters only last 20-30 years on average. Aaron got it in lickety-split yesterday, only 1 week later, just as the colder nights are to set in! He explained everything very well in layman's terms, and it was easy to see he wasn't trying to pull any wool over my eyes, especially being a person with zero heater knowledge.

Great experience with Confident Comfort! John , Jose and Nathan were so professional and courteous! They worked 9 hours to finish my install , cleaned up after and made sure everything was done right!! Aaron was responsive and explained everything to me. They all were amazing to work with!!

I called few heating and cooling system company before I called this company, but nobody answered the phone. Then I called confident and comfort heating and cooling, the lady picked up the phone right away and took my information. Only after few minutes, their dispatch guy called me and made the appointment right after a hour. The technician came in time and solved my problem right away.
Really appreciated especially winter season in Flagstaff.

Great service. I called on a Monday morning for service to repair my thermostat and was told I would receive a call back in 24 hours to schedule a time for the work. The owner called me four hours later, set up an appointment that "same day" (thought it would be a week) and was at the house by 4;30 and repaired and completed the work in one hour. Responsive, capable. I'm very pleased. Well done Aaron!!
