Staff is rude and if you speak up for yourself they "schedule" your appointment but then do not honor it later. They will also schedule your appointment during their lunch and make you wait for half an hour in the waiting room. Good doctor but has a bad staff with a bad attitude.
Attn owner, nothing I said was wrong except it was one particular staff member who I did not want to single out on the internet. A simple apology would have been nice. Over the phone I received attitude from the staff member who tried to bully me, I stood up for myself and she "forgot" to write down my appointment. I
