Very unprofessional and rude. Whenever we left a message for him it would take a couple weeks before getting a call back. This happened a few times until we finally made an appointment. This guy never said where he was working from when we called them and when he called us back unless we asked.
We had an appointment with him today to come give us a quote on some venting work and he did not show up. When we called a half hour later there was a weird message and then he called us back from a different number and just said who's this. I explained we had an appointment today and he said he
