MEDICARE pays 100% of home health care, therefore there is NO deductible or co-pay by the Patient. Patients may meet Medicare eligibility requirements if all the following conditions are met. INSURANCE GUIDELINES may vary for home health benefits and we can assist you with this determination. REFERRALS can be made by the patient, your Physician, family or friend, or Hospital Discharge Nurse.
