We had a small water leak in our rental property which caused a little water damage and our floors to be replaced. 1st Aide Restoration was great in taking care of our needs from the water removal to replacement of the flooring. I highly recommend them for your water damage and flooring needs!

I want to start by saying you can look at other reviews I have left for companies and after over 70 reviews left I haven't left a bad review for anyone until now. OK with that said. Not only was the quality of the work terrible, it was also over priced. I assumed with the high price I would be getting top notch work. I've had to look over their shoulder the entire time. I paid extra to get some rotting boards replaced and I was concerned about the few places they replaced and instead of replacing boards, they just cut a piece out and it looks weird now. After some large hail producing thunderstorms swept through Walkertown, my elderly mother thought her shingles might be damaged.
1st Aide Restoration came out to look at her home and found that there was no damage to the roof.
I was shocked at their honesty. Because they did not get paid to come out and get on the roof to check it. So they did not make any money this time, and they said just call them again the next time I need anything.
They did a great job of building a relationship of trust with our family.
