At Haven Home Inspections, we exceed the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspections' Standards of Practice (SOP) and Code of Ethics. By scheduling a residential Buyer's Inspection and trusting us to uncover issues in the home, you give yourself the opportunity to repair these issues before they lead to costly damage.
Jade LaFleur with Haven Home Inspection is a phenomenal inspector! I am so pleased with his service from initially contacting him until the final report. Mr. Jade was very professional email confirmed myself and my realtor about the scheduled inspection. We had to move the inspection date twice! And he kindly obligated.

Jade's inspections are second to none. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. Very highly recommended for your home inspection needs. Immediate responses with correspondence and if you are there during the inspection, he will acknowledge you and treat you professionally in a friendly manner. A genuine good guy. I will personally use his services in the future.

I've been using Jade at Haven Home Inspections to do my home inspections since 2014 when I bought my first home. Now, as realtor I continue to use Jade for my own transactions and refer him to my clients because of the consistently excellent job that he performs for a very fair price. He is extremely detailed in his inspections and will get on roofs and under homes to make sure you know the exact condition of any home. He even includes a free termite inspection on every inspection! His reports are generated extremely quickly in an easy-to-read format with plenty of pictures. No one does it better
