Initial Consultation: 60 minute in-depth review of your health conditions, history with food, provide customized nutritional needs, take initial measurements, develop goals, provide education and resources that include a personalized meal plan to help manage and improve your medical diagnosis. This can be completed in person in our office or via Telehealth.
