At our assisted living cottages, happy aging is our agenda! At Palm Cottages, we are proud to have an extended congregate care license (ECC License). This is awarded to assisted living facilities that provide services beyond those authorized for a standard assisted living facility. Services
The care and health of our residents is our number one priority. Each of our residents may receive assistance with the administration of their medications, and with the help of our partner pharmacy, we will also order and manage the delivery of their medications. We offer assistance with hygiene, grooming, bathing, and toileting, as well as weekly housekeeping and laundry services.
Palm Cottages seeks to enhance the quality of life and independence at our cottage-style senior assisted living facility. We take care of our residents while allowing them to perform as many tasks as they can on their own to keep their independence. But, when we are needed, we provide unmatched care.
Quality memory care is essential for enhancing the quality of life for many of the residents at Palm Cottages. Just because someone is in a difficult situation in life, does not mean that we can work to make improvements. Not only are improvements possible, but a chance for a better life and a happy life are possible.

My mom is a fairly new resident who is recovering from a bump on her head. So far I would say everything has been great. The staff are very accommodating and especially now there rules have been eased so visiting is easier. Also picking my mom up for church, family dinners, appointments etc. has been very convenient.

Little pay,food service director Monica needs to have more respect/manner towards workers. I gave 2 wk notice and human resources threatened to keep my check if I didn't turn in policy book,hell I had 2 wks to give it back..as a cook you had to do dishes,cook, as well,clean tables,do trash..all for 11.00 p/hr...sad...during hurricane season,had 2 generators for 12 buildings, paper plate fans for residents to cool themselves,,had to go to Walmart to buy them cool rags for their necks, really sad, no emergency plan, that's why they have high turnover rate.pathetic...as of the later part of 2017 you

Feels like home for my mom. This is my 1st experience with memory care and I have to say I got really lucky picky this place. Sandy the director is awesome and Lilly the lady in charge of my moms house is fantastic and extremely caring. I looked at other places, more expensive places and this just felt right. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Place is great only issue I ran into was the community charge. I was inform that every time I want to bring my father-in-law back I would be charged the community fee again. That for me would be every year, being that I just need a place for him for 4- 5 months out of the year. Other than that their one price on memory care is not bad.

The palm cottages are a fantastic place. The people who work there are loving and caring to the resident. The events are fun. And the cottages itself are just gorgeous. Highly recommend! And good job hard working staff! You make this place a home starting with the friendly front desk staff and to the hard working CNA’s- truly! Love all the resident here too.
