I called the service over the weekend, Michael the locksmith came back to me, he arrived quickly and without delay, the door was not locked for us and could not leave it like that.
Michael understood the distress, when he arrived and treated very professionally, for hours, with a lot of tolerance in order to solve the problem from the root. I will definitely order the service again and I will especially ask for Michael !!!!

Terrible experience with this company. Waited 2 hours for locksmith to arrive. He was very unprofessional and lacked experience. Upon arrival he immediately asked if we knew a woman who lived in our neighborhood because they are friends and he knows she lives near us, but doesn't know her address. He went on to say he took the job because of this… and how he needs to help out people in Crowley. He apparently "booked it" and came "as fast as he could" for these reasons. Aside from unprofessional and awkward conversation starters while he was here, he attempted to get into our house for close

Terrible service. Called night before to schedule service. After scheduled service window expired we called to check whereabouts. We were told the technician was on his way. After another 90 minutes no one showed up or called. Waste of time and our day! When we called to cancel we were told the technician was just about at our house according to the gps. I cancelled any way and then the technician called to apologize and let me know hes only 15 minutes away. That is not "just about" at our house. Cancelled and arranged another locksmith.

The guy who helped me out was nothing short of amazing. A locksmith ninja. I have an old old old lock and with one look he knew what it was and how to re-key. Awesome. Fixed it in 2 min! On a whim I asked if he could make an extra lock for my 2012 Tundra. No problem... 5 minutes later and BAM! No more worries there. Fair prices and amazing customer service A+++

Called yesterday because I couldn't find my car keys anywhere. Set an appointment with them to meet me at the car. Came out and got a new key in a matter of minutes. And I have one those keys with the remote head. They open the door and cut me a key. For about 1/3 of what the dealer was trying to charge me. Thanks again. Hopefully I will never need you again but if I do lose my key, I'll call 682 again.

Just moved into a new condo and called them to change the locks. They came at my convenience, which I really appreciated. They changed the locks and gave me the new keys. The whole process was faster than I expected. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I'm in need of a locksmith.

This locksmith saved the day! I locked my keys in my car after the epitome of an awful day. Made worse by the fact my insurance company stated I didn't have roadside assistance. I was able to contact this company and less then 20 minutes later my rescue arrived! He was very friendly and helpful. He very quickly unlocked my car and was reasonably priced considering my current situation. Prompt, friendly, understanding, and professional! It can't get better than that!

I was locked out of my car the other day after work at the airport. I was so frustrated because I didn't know what I was going to do. I searched for a locksmith in my zip and area code and found this one. The locksmith who came out to help me was professional and very friendly. I could tell he has been doing this for a while. Within like 20 minutes he arrived at my work. He got my car open really fast and then he made me a new key. The price seemed totally reasonable.
