Drove almost two hours here because every local place wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Saw the reviews so we called and got a quote to fix the windshield on my Cherokee. Everywhere else wanted to take 2+ hours to do the job. Only took the guys here maybe 45 minutes and did a pristine job. Very highly recommend!

Phenomenal service! He was so helpful, this is the cheapest place in Knoxville. A baseball broke my windshield. PT repaired my broken windshield. It looks amazing, and they even vacuumed out the broken glass from my car. This is an extremely respectable place that won't rip you off. I highly recommend!

I mistakenly said my car was a sedan when it's really a hatchback when I went in for a windshield replacement. I realize this mistake cost him time and perhaps money, but he made me feel dumb and I took on his frustration. I'm happy with the windshield, but still quite unhappy with the customer service. It's sucks that I tried to buy local, and he was so mad about my mistake I'll never recommend them to anyone.

Came here today to replace my shattered windsheild and I dropped it off at 4:00 and it was done in 45 minutes and looks so good. The guys were very nice to me and took great care of fixing my windshield and the cost was not expensive and I was very pleased with coming here. If I ever need a widow fixed again or if I have any friends that need their car fixed I will definitely refer them to come here! Great place!

I wanted to try this place, truly I did. After scouring the area for someone to look at and either repair or replace my windshield as needed, I stumbled upon PT Auto Glass who seemed to have phenomenal ratings and rave reviews. Perfect! Someone who will take good care of my car and not gouge it up! Or so I thought.
I called twice on two different days, and even left a voicemail. A week and a half later, and still no return call. Why have a business if you can't/won't call your customers back? I guess maybe they've got enough work that they can turn away people.

I had my windshield replaced a couple of months ago. PT wasn't the least expensive but they were the most customer-focused and service-oriented and remain so even after the sale and installation. I had them recheck my windshield several weeks later to make sure it wasn't leaking. They did that as well as helped find the source of my problem without any hesitation or mention of additional cost! They are on my list of favorites and I recommend them highly!

My first visit with PT Auto Glass was to get a crack in my windshield repaired. It was a very positive experience. However, the crack got worse and I had to take it back. The second visit was even better. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The man that repaired my windshield said it would take a certain amount of time and he was accurate to the minute! Every step of the way was thoroughly explained. Since then, I have shared my experience with a number of people and highly recommend PT Auto Glass to any person that needs their services.
