Allison was amazing - prompt response and follow up. Had a question and reached out to Nick. He was helpful.
Closed with them recently. The attorney seemed overwhelmed and didn't even exchange niceties- they were fully booked(Friday of long weekend). Lot of closings happening on same day and we had to wait. The rooms were very warm and Nest was on 74 - end of May. It was very noisy with lots of closings and the attorney preferred open door as she said it gets warm in this room. The buyer (senior citizens) could barely hear or understand her (noise from other closings) and at one point, I got up

Christy was 30 minutes late, rude and extremely unprofessional. There was an error in our paperwork for the closing on the sale of our home and she did not want to correct it, because she thought the amount disputed was trivial and complained about to the buyer of the home. She rushed through explaining the paperwork and was very rude to my realtor.The closing ending up takin and hour and half. When we asked her to apologize for the poor experience, she wouldn't. We were using the funds from that sale to buy another home that day and almost didn't make the second closing because of her. I emailed
