Karl Finkenbinder is a native of Clearwater, Kansas where he was raised on a small wheat farm. He developed his hard work ethic at a young age. After graduating college at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma, Karl worked in Dallas, Texas for a developer who built large, multi-family housing projects within the inner city.
After law school, Tom had the privilege of serving as term law clerk for the Hon. Kathryn H. Vratil, former Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. After his clerkship, Tom practiced as a commercial litigator in the greater Kansas City area, before relocating to the Tri-Lakes region.

Honest, straight forward, and shoots from the hip would be my description of Russ Schenewerk. I had a timeshare issue that Russ addressed. He stated what he thought he could do, how long it would take, and what it would likely cost. He completed everything he thought he could accomplish, in a reasonable amount of time, and at a very reasonable cost considering and the amount of experience he brings to the table.
I would call on him again in the future in a heart beat.

We are grateful that we were able to find Russ Schenewerk. We were trapped in a deal that seemed to be getting worse. I was at the end of my rope because I felt that the Timeshare company I was dealing with never kept it's word. After turning our situation over to Mr Schenewerk, I felt like I had someone who would work hard to help me get out, which he did. Also, his fee was far less than other lawyers and exit-timeshare companies. If you are in situation that is not working like you felt it was presented, I would recommend contacting him.
